Position Details:

Diverse Caseload: Treat a balanced mix of hematologic and solid tumor patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Flexible Schedule: Monday-Thursday outpatient clinic (8 AM-4:30 PM), Friday half-day for admin or overflow clinic.
Inpatient Support: Dedicated inpatient floor with highly trained nursing staff and advanced practice provider support.
Call Rotation: Shared weekend call schedule (Friday 4 PM - Monday 8 AM).
Regional Outreach: Opportunity to provide care at our satellite locations, expanding access to specialized cancer services.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $675K base with performance-based bonuses.
Sign-On Bonus: $50K sign-on bonus with relocation assistance up to $15K.
Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, malpractice with tail coverage, 403B with matching, and 457B plans.
Generous PTO: 37 days of paid time off, including holidays, CME, and vacation.
Professional Development: $3,500 annual CME stipend and teaching opportunities with Central Michigan University.

Qualifications:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Michigan.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Interest in teaching and mentorship is a plus.
Open to H1-B visa candidates (J1 not accepted).
