Affiliate Membership - 

Non-physicians who would like to join OHOS independently as non-voting affiliate members have two options;

      1.  Pay dues - $50 annually

      2.  Join and remain active on an OHOS Committee

            **Membership is then free for that individual

            

Affiliate members will have the same opportunities and benefits as full membership however, no voting rights.
